In phase two, we search for potential candidates for your company through support channels, specialized institutes and universities, as well as through expert groups which are not easily accessible to the general public. We make initial direct contact with candidates and assess candidate qualifications with the specified job profile. An initial selection is made.

In phase three we conduct personal candidate interviews. Upon further selection, we present you with suitable candidates and moderate the final interviews and negotiations.
